FXD Workwear is committed to ensuring you have the right gear for the job. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or fit correctly, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all industrial tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned workwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
