What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for work boots and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, work boots must be returned in their original packaging and must not show signs of outdoor wear.
Are FXD Workwear products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all FXD products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse on the job site.
